EXTREME MAKEOVER PROJECTS

• Men on the Move 
Men on the Move ministry supplies the manpower to help single moms who need to move locally. This ministry intends to ease the anxiety of moves for those in marital transitions. Moves are scheduled through Pastor Dan  and are performed through volunteers. If you want to help, fill out a volunteer form on this website.

• Rake and Run Projects 
These projects usually involve yardwork or landscaping for elderly or incapacitated people. They can involve small maintenance projects. Please fill out a volunteer form or come to a first Saturday Men’s breakfast.

• Makeover Home Edition Projects 
Makeover projects may include painting, minor carpentry, cleanouts and small repairs for elderly or incapacitated people. Please fill out a volunteer form on this website

• Habitat for Humanity 
Outreach provides skilled manpower to Habitat for Humanity projects several times per year.

• Womenbuild 
Womenbuild is like Habitat for Humanity, but only women may volunteer to build the house. If you would like to participate in a one day project, please join us.

• Americares Homefront 
On the first Saturday in May, BRCC provides a volunteer team to be a work crew on a local project to benefit an under-privileged homeowner.

• Bridgeport STAMP Trip 
Join other Black Rockers, in late July, working for the benefit of our Local Mission partners (e.g. Bridgeport Rescue Mission, Pivot Ministries, Nehemiah Commission, His Mansion, etc.) in a week long, adult missions trip in Bridgeport. You can join for all activities or for as many as you are able. We generally do jobs like painting, planting, cleaning, moving or small building projects.
