Worship Director:

The Director of Worship is responsible to provide vision and direction to all music and worship ministries of BRCC. This individual shall discover, recruit and equip worship leaders, instrumentalist and vocalists for worship teams and ensembles for multiple worship styles at BRCC-Fairfield and at multi-site locations. The Director of Worship shall supervise multiple part-time worship leaders at Fairfield and all multi-sites and shall shepherd and pastor the people involved in the music ministries.

Summer Youth Internships:
Our summer internship runs for 10 weeks throughout the summer and pays $3,000. The internship includes one mission trip to Kentucky in mid July and a leadership conference in early August. The intern will be required to lead our weekly program on Wednesday nights, which includes a teaching aspect. The intern will assist in running summer activities, and read through two books, Family Based Youth Ministry and Storytelling in Youth Ministry. The intern will also talk extensively with me about my vision, purpose for each aspect of the ministry and will live life with me for those ten weeks. I believe that the intern should see everything that youth ministry consists of, from building relationships, teaching scripture, program planning, leading games, and attending our youth board meetings.
An intern should be someone who is seeking a full time vocation in youth ministry and wants to learn and experience a youth ministry for the summer. We will provide housing with a family from the church. The intern will have time throughout the summer to go on vacation and take time off, if it does not interfere with our mission trip to West Virginia or our week long conference in Baltimore.
