Satellite Groups are structured around seven core values that help build an authentic Christian community: 

1. Connect – Groups build friendships that help live life to the fullest. (John 10:10) 
2. Uplift – Groups have each other's back by encouraging and helping one another. (Hebrews 10:24)
3. Reflect – Groups discuss relevant topics and how the Bible applies to their lives. (Matthew 7:24)
4. Pray – Groups pray for each other and seek God's guidance. (Mark 11:24)
5. Worship –Groups honor and praise who God is and what God is doing. (Psalm 113)
6. Serve –Groups serve within and outside of Sanctuary. (Matthew 20:28)
7. Leadership Development – Groups share leadership, invite others and multiply. (I Corinthians 12:12)
