 I am so excited about starting Club JV and being part of seeing God work in the lives of middle school kids.

I love working with my hands to fix or build things but when it comes to sports—it’s either football or paintball.

If I were going with my favorite color—it’d be blue!

Philippians 4:13 This is my favorite verse because it points me to God no matter where I’m at in life. When life stinks, I know God will help me through. When I feel like I am doing great in and of myself, I am humbled. When I see God working in and through me, I can praise Him for His faithfulness!

Downhill skiing (not to be confused with x-country skiing which seems fantastically boring, although I’ve never done it.)

Getting to know the students and being a regular part of their lives, and also having fun with them and the other leaders.

Playing basketball, softball, wiffleball, and watching the Red Sox

I like this verse because it's an encouraging reminder of the perspective I want to have each day.

What do you love about being a Club JV Leader?
Spending time with the kids! I love hanging out and being a part of their lives. It is so rewarding to pray, worship and laugh with the kids not only here at church but outside of Club JV as well.

 Photography, kayaking, going to the beach, tubing and having fun with friends.

James 1:2-3
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance."

This is my favorite verse because it reminds me that in life there will be trials and difficult times. But, if I stay close to God during those trials my faith will be stronger and I will develop a perseverance from God that is stronger than any I have know before.
