Position: Worship Director
Description: The Director of Worship is responsible to provide vision and direction to all music and worship ministries of BRCC. This individual shall discover, recruit and equip worship leaders, instrumentalist and vocalists for worship teams and ensembles for multiple worship styles at BRCC-Fairfield and at multi-site locations. The Director of Worship shall supervise multiple part-time worship leaders at Fairfield and all multi-sites and shall shepherd and pastor the people involved in the music ministries. The Director of Worship shall direct the Choir and the Traditional Worship Service.

Position:  Long Ridge Worship Director

Description: This position supports the church’s ministry goals and mission statement by the Director of Worship BRLR’s provision of leadership and direction to the over all worship ministry and Sunday service at Black Rock Long Ridge. This person will work closely with the BRLR Campus Pastor and the Worship Director in Fairfield to provide a creative and motivational worship experience that calls worshippers to commitment to Christ, equips them for service, and motivates them for evangelism and outreach.

Position: Area 56- Assistant Director

Description: Shall assist Director of Middle School Ministries in providing a ministry to 5th and 6th grade students that allows them to become consistent students who are contagious Christ followers. Shall help lead in weekly programming, retreats, and special events throughout the year.
