The Deacon Board is made up of nine Deacons/Deaconesses who act as liaisons to the Directors and Team Leaders of the 25 Care Ministries. A vital component of each of these Ministries is the number of members who are responsible to the Team Leaders and Directors.  The Board of Deacons has three primary functions:  stewardship of the Deacons’ Benevolent Fund, Ministry Oversight, and Policy Development.
